What we ask of ourselves and our growers.
Fair work
Formal employment, fair pay, safe working conditions and protective equipment. No child labour. Respect and equal treatment for every worker.
Care for water
Efficient irrigation, responsible use of a shared resource, and no contamination of the streams and communities around the farms.
Healthy soil
Good agricultural practices, responsible and registered agrochemical use, and proper waste handling to protect the land for the next generation.
Local growth
Steady, fairly paid demand for small and family growers, so their businesses — and their communities — can grow with ours.

Our own standard, built step by step. It is in development today, and we share it openly so our clients know exactly how we work.
